- 3 tbsp cooking oil

- 1 tbsp chili powder
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack instant ramen noodles

- 💧 550 ml water
步骤
Prepare all ingredients and slice the green onion into finger-width pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pot.
Add the green onion and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add 1 tbsp of chili powder to the pot.
Continue sautéing for another 30 seconds after adding the chili powder.
Pour 550 ml of water into the pot.
Once the water boils, add the ramen noodles and seasoning packet.
Cook the noodles for about 3 minutes or until they reach your desired texture.
Transfer the cooked ramen to a serving bowl.
