- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1 white part of green onion, chopped
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp of cooking wine
- 2/3 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
步骤
Chop the white part of the green onion finely.
Season the rice with a pinch of salt, considering the eggs will be added later.
Crack 2 eggs into the rice.
Mix the rice and eggs thoroughly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the chopped green onion. Stir-fry on low heat.
When the green onion starts to turn golden, add the rice mixture.
Stir-fry on high heat and optionally add cooking wine for extra flavor.
Continue stir-frying until the rice becomes fluffy and slightly crispy.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the rice. Mix well.
