- 1 can canned sea snail
- 🧄 7-10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 onion
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1 green chili
- 1-2 green peppers
- Sesame seeds to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sea snail broth
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
步骤
Drain the canned sea snails and prepare the seasoning by mixing sea snail broth, cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar.
Chop garlic, onion, green chili, and green peppers. Roll and slice the perilla leaves.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add green chili and green peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the sea snails to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper.
Pour the prepared seasoning into the pan and stir lightly to combine.
Add the sliced perilla leaves and gently mix. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve with optional garnish like seaweed flakes for added flavor.
