- 🐟 150g dried anchovies
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 green chilies, sliced
Seasoning & Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Sift the dried anchovies to remove crumbs.
Dry-fry anchovies in a pan over medium heat until they feel dry and slightly golden.
Remove the anchovies from the pan and set aside.
Slice the green chilies diagonally.
Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in the pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the anchovies back into the pan along with soy sauce and corn syrup.
Stir-fry gently over low heat for 1–2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
