    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Marinade

    • 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧂 2 pinches salt
    • 2 pinches black pepper

Wash and cut vegetables into appropriate sizes (e.g., slice onion thinly, chop cabbage into squares, etc.).

Prepare 300g pork belly and 300g gapo squid. Clean the squid thoroughly.

Score the squid and cut it into 1cm pieces.

Marinate the squid with sugar and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
