Essential Ingredients
- 6 cups anchovy stock
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 200g boiled radish leaves
- 400g pork for stew
- 1/8 head aged kimchi
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 green chili
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A small amount of minced ginger
步骤
Peel and halve the potatoes. Slice green onion and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice green chili diagonally.
Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce, then coat the boiled radish leaves with it.
Heat cooking oil in a pot, add pork and rice wine, and stir-fry. Then pour in the anchovy stock.
Boil for 10 minutes, then add potatoes, radish leaves, and aged kimchi. Bring to a boil again.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add onion, green onion, green chili, black pepper, and perilla powder. Stir and serve.
