- Fish - 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
 
- Vegetables - 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
 
- Coating - Potato starch, as needed
 
- Oil - Salad oil, as needed
 
- Seasoning - A pinch of pepper
 
- Marinade - 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
 
- Sauce - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
 
步骤
Mince the green onion and dice the tomato into 1 cm cubes.
Mix the sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl, add minced green onion, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Add the diced tomato and mix well.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, place in a tray, sprinkle with marinade ingredients (☆), and let sit for 10 minutes. Coat the salmon pieces with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan, fry the salmon until cooked through, and place on a serving plate. Pour the tomato and green onion sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with pepper.
