- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves

步骤
Heat a pan with olive oil or butter and toast the tortilla on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
In another pan, add oil and crack the eggs. Immediately place one lettuce leaf on top.
Layer 3 lettuce leaves and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
Fold the edges neatly and sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly.
Place the toasted tortilla on top of the eggs and flip everything together.
Fold the tortilla in half and toast both sides until crispy.
Optionally, drizzle mayonnaise for added flavor.
