- 200g smoked duck
- 10 pieces radish wrap
- 1 orange paprika, sliced
- 1 yellow paprika, sliced
- 50g chives, trimmed
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
步骤
Cook the smoked duck in a pan until heated through. Remove excess oil using a paper towel.
Slice the orange and yellow paprika into thin strips. Trim the chives to match the length of the paprika strips.
Place a piece of radish wrap on a flat surface. Add sliced paprika and chives on top.
Add the cooked smoked duck on top of the vegetables.
Roll the radish wrap tightly and place it on a serving plate.
Drizzle mustard sauce over the wraps before serving.
