- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 2 blocks solid curry

Topping Ingredients

- 1 scallion
步骤
Finely chop the scallion, onion, garlic, and ginger.
Pat the ground pork dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped ginger, garlic, and onion until the onion turns translucent.
Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until browned. Season with cooking wine, salt, and pepper.
Add water and solid curry blocks to the pan, stirring until the curry dissolves and thickens.
