- 2 packs cup noodle mala soup
- 2 servings thinly sliced pork belly
- 🍄 2 servings mushrooms
- 2 bok choy
- 2 servings bean sprouts

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
步骤
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green onions to infuse the oil with aroma.
Add thinly sliced pork belly and cook until fully browned.
Add bok choy, mushrooms, and other preferred vegetables, then stir-fry.
Prepare the cup noodles by adding only the dry soup mix and boiling water for 2 minutes.

Add all seasoning ingredients, including oyster sauce and chili powder, to the pan.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until they are slightly softened.
