- 🥒 4 cucumbers
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🍜 200g noodles
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract or aronia juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Peel the cucumbers, slice them thinly using a mandoline, and sprinkle with salt. Discard the inner seeds of the cucumber.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Boil the noodles in a pot of water, then rinse them under cold water.
Rinse the salted cucumbers quickly under cold water and squeeze out the excess moisture.
Plate the cucumbers and noodles neatly, then drizzle the prepared sauce over them.
Add the boiled egg as a garnish and serve.
