- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
 - 100g cornflakes
 - Enough salad oil for frying
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
Batter
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
 - 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 tbsp curry powder
 - 💧 2 tbsp water
 
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp ketchup
 
步骤
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1.5cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush lightly with a rolling pin.
Mix the batter ingredients in a bowl, dip the chicken pieces into the batter, and coat them with crushed cornflakes.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry the coated chicken for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Serve the fried chicken on a plate and accompany it with the prepared sauce.
