Main Ingredients
- 🐟 300g cod fillets
 - 🐖 150g ground pork
 - 🧈 300g firm tofu
 - 🥬 600g napa cabbage
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp oyster sauce
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp miso
 - 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
 - 1 tsp chili paste
 - 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
 - 300cc unsweetened soy milk
 - 300cc water
 
步骤
Cut napa cabbage and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Cut cod into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake for 5 minutes.
Mix all soup base ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, cook ground pork for 3 minutes until color changes, then add meat seasoning and stir-fry.
Arrange napa cabbage, tofu, and cod in a pot. Pour soup base over and cook on medium heat until boiling, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve in bowls and top with the stir-fried pork mixture.
