- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🍅 1 tomato
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml water

Cut onion, cabbage, and potato into 1cm cubes. Soak potato in water and drain. Remove tomato stem, cut in half horizontally, remove seeds, and dice into 1cm cubes.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add potato and cabbage, and stir briefly.

Add clams, tomato, and seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, water). Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
