步骤
Mix all dry ingredients with milk and eggs until well combined.
Add chocolate chips, chopped pine nuts, and cranberries, then mix lightly.
Prepare a 24cm cake pan with parchment paper or oil, pour the batter, and add toppings like pine nuts, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45 minutes. Check with a skewer; if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
