- 🍚 1.5 bowls warm rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 handful chives
Seasonings
- 0.7 tbsp cooking oil

步骤
Prepare 2 eggs and 1 handful of chives. Wash the chives and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently stir with chopsticks to create scrambled eggs.
