- 🍗 400-500g chicken breast
- 🥚 400g boiled quail eggs
- 1-2 green chilies
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 🥛 300-400ml milk
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1.5-2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Soak raw chicken breast in milk for 20-30 minutes to remove odors. Rinse in cold water, boil for 20 minutes, rinse again, and let cool.
Shred the boiled chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare boiled quail eggs by rinsing them in cold water 1-2 times and draining.
Mix soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, sugar, and water to create the seasoning.
In a pot, add quail eggs and the seasoning mixture. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
Add shredded chicken breast to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish by sprinkling sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
