Soak raw chicken breast in milk for 20-30 minutes to remove odors. Rinse in cold water, boil for 20 minutes, rinse again, and let cool.

Mix soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, sugar, and water to create the seasoning.
