- 300g bread flour
- 🥛 210g milk
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🧂 5g salt
- 🍬 15g sugar
- 4g instant dry yeast
步骤
Place bread flour in a bowl.
Create three small wells in the flour.
Add sugar, salt, and yeast into each well respectively.
Mix each ingredient separately within its well.
Pour milk into the bowl.
Mix roughly with a spatula.
Knead the dough vigorously by hand.
Once the dough no longer sticks to your hands, add butter.
Knead again until the butter is fully absorbed.
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Punch down the dough to release air.
Divide the dough into three equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a round ball.
Let the dough balls rise again.
Roll out each dough ball with a rolling pin.
Fold the rolled dough like folding laundry.
Roll the folded dough into a log shape.
Place the rolled dough logs into a greased bread tin.
Let the dough rise until it reaches 80% of the tin height.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
