步骤
Prepare 5 eggs, green onion (green part), and 50g sausage.
Add 1 tbsp mirin to the eggs.
Separate 2 egg whites from yolks, leaving the rest combined.
Add a pinch of salt and whisk the eggs thoroughly.
Cut sausage into thin slices and use a mold to create cherry blossom shapes.
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and wipe it off with a paper towel.
Slice green onion into small pieces or long strips for decoration.
Pour the yolk mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat.
Roll the yolk mixture carefully, then push it to the edge of the pan.
Pour some egg white mixture in front of the yolk roll and place sausage slices on top.
Pour the remaining egg white mixture and roll slowly.
Place green onion pieces on top of the egg white to create leaf-like decorations.
Slice the roll and serve on a plate.
