- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 tbsp curry powder

步骤
Cut the onion and pork into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the carrot into large chunks.
Blend the carrot with 1/2 cup of water until smooth.
Heat a pan with enough oil and stir-fry the pork until crispy.
Add the onion to the pork and stir-fry until the pork starts to stick slightly. Add soy sauce.
Add ketchup and stir-fry thoroughly, then add the blended carrot.
Pour 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add curry powder and stir until dissolved.
Finish with butter and a pinch of pepper.
