- 200g chives

- Doenjang Stew Rice Essential Ingredients - 2 cups anchovy kelp stock
- 3 tbsp doenjang
- 1/2 tbsp ssamjang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 block tofu, diced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
 
- Sauce Ingredients - 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
 
步骤
Cut the chives into thirds.
Chop zucchini, onion, and tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green chili.
Mix anchovy kelp stock with doenjang, minced garlic, and chili powder. Add the chopped vegetables to prepare the doenjang stew.
Combine all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
Place perilla leaves and chives on sliced beef and roll tightly.
Season the beef rolls with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook the beef rolls, turning until evenly browned.
Pour the prepared doenjang stew into the pan used for cooking beef rolls and simmer with rice to complete the dish.
