- 4 shiso leaves
- 3 slices ginger

- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasonings - 3 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
