- 🥒 1/3 cucumber
- 🧅 1/3 onion

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and slicing them as described.
Slice the apple into thick matchsticks, onion into thin slices, and cucumber into diagonal slices.
Clean the abalone by scrubbing the shell, separating the meat, removing the teeth and innards, and boiling the meat for 1 minute.
