Main Ingredients
- 🧄 4 cups garlic, halved
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- 2 dried chilies
Seasoning
- 💧 8 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp cooking wine
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 3 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤

Heat a pan and add 5 tbsp vegetable oil. Stir-fry 4 cups of halved garlic over high heat.

Add 4 slices of ginger and 2 dried chilies. Continue stir-frying until golden brown.

Reduce heat to medium and add 8 tbsp water and 4 tbsp soy sauce. Stir well.

Add 6 tbsp cooking wine and 6 tbsp corn syrup. Simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens.

Finish with 2 tbsp sesame oil and 3 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
