Main Ingredients
- 1 block acorn jelly
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 5 perilla leaves
- A small amount of crown daisy
- 2 chicory stalks (optional)
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- A small amount of seaweed flakes
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp ground perilla seeds
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- ✨ 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
步骤
Slice the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the cucumber, lettuce, perilla leaves, chicory, and crown daisy. Remove seeds from the red chili if using.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, chili powder, ground perilla seeds, minced garlic, sugar, corn syrup, sesame seeds, vinegar, and perilla oil.
Add the vegetables to the seasoning and gently mix.
Add the acorn jelly to the seasoned vegetables and gently toss.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
