NGUYÊN LIỆU
- Vegetables - 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- A small amount of red chili
 
- Protein - 🧈 1 block tofu
 
- Seasoning - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fermented shrimp
 
- Liquid - 💧 500 ml water
 
BƯỚC
Prepare all ingredients: zucchini, tofu, water, green onion, green chili, red chili, minced garlic, and fermented shrimp.
Cut zucchini and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water and zucchini. Boil over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes.
Add tofu to the pot and boil over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add minced garlic and fermented shrimp. Boil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add green onion, green chili, and red chili. Simmer over low heat for 30 seconds.
Serve the zucchini tofu soup hot.
