- 20g bottled zha cai
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the yellowtail sashimi diagonally into halves.
Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice thinly. Sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt, rub gently, let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
If the zha cai pieces are large, cut them into halves.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ginger, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the yellowtail, cucumber, and zha cai, then toss to combine.
