    • 🍝 500 won coin-sized spaghetti

    • 1 spicy chili

    • 50 ml olive oil
    • 🧂 2 tbsp salt

Soak the clams in saltwater for 30 minutes to remove sand.

Rinse the clams under running water, scrubbing their shells to remove debris. Drain and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil with 1 tbsp of salt.

Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water for 10 minutes or as per package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, slice the garlic and chop the green and spicy chilies.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sliced garlic, chilies, and 1/2 tbsp of salt. Sauté until aromatic.

Add the clams to the pan and cook until they start to open.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the ingredients.

Pour 1 cup of pasta water into the pan and simmer until the clams fully open and the sauce thickens.
