Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 🥕 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion

Chop the carrot, onion, and zucchini into small pieces, approximately 1 cup in total.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the chopped vegetables until tender. Season lightly with salt.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan and season with soy sauce or salt. Mix well.
Let the cooked rice mixture cool slightly, then shape it into small balls.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and finely chop 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Mix them together.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon some of the egg mixture onto the pan. Place a rice ball on top of the egg mixture.
Roll the egg around the rice ball carefully. Repeat for all rice balls.
Serve the vegetable egg rice balls warm.
