Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🧄 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 spicy chili pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Slice the potatoes into thick, long strips.
Slice the onion, green onion, and chili pepper.
Layer the potato slices at the bottom of a pot.
Add the sliced onion on top of the potatoes.
Place the canned tuna over the onion layer.
Add the green onion and sliced chili pepper.
Mix the seasonings with half a cup of water and pour over the ingredients.
Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the potatoes are cooked and the sauce has reduced, serve hot.
