Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp plum syrup
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 🌰 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them in half, and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop 1/2 leaf of lettuce.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl: 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp plum syrup, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion, and 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds.
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate, sprinkle 2 pinches of salt over them, pour the dressing evenly, and top with chopped lettuce and crushed sesame seeds.
