Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 100 ml water
Additional Ingredients
- 💧 300 ml water
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
BƯỚC
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice onion thinly, cut green onion diagonally, and chop green chili finely.
Mix chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and 100 ml water in a bowl. Add 3/4 of the green onion and stir to create the sauce.
Layer sliced onion in a pan, place tofu on top, and add drained tuna. Pour 300 ml water into the pan.
Cover the pan and bring to a boil on high heat.
Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the ingredients and add 1 tbsp tuna sauce. Cover and simmer on medium heat.
Cook until the liquid reduces by half. Add the remaining green onion and simmer on low heat briefly.
