    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 🧅 1 whole onion
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil
    • 2 tbsp soybean paste
    • 2 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp plum extract

Heat perilla oil in a pan and sauté green onion to make green onion oil.

Add chopped onion to the green onion oil and sauté until translucent.

Add crumbled tofu to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.

Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry.

Mix in soybean paste, red pepper paste, and red pepper powder.

Add plum extract and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
