Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces tofu
 - 1 handful kimchi
 - 🥚 1 egg
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
BƯỚC
Heat grape seed oil in a pan and fry the tofu.
Flip the tofu and cut it into smaller pieces while cooking.
Add kimchi and kimchi juice to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic. Stir-fry over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the mixture.
Heat grape seed oil in a pan and fry an egg over medium heat.
Place the tofu kimchi mixture over rice, top with the fried egg, and enjoy.
