Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 🥕 1 tbsp chopped carrot
- 1 green chili
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 🧂 Pinch of ground pepper
BƯỚC
Cut 1/2 block of tofu into rectangular pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil and fry tofu until golden on both sides. Set aside.
Add a little cooking oil to the pan and sauté chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, green chili) until softened.
Add 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp oligosaccharide to the pan. Stir well.
Pour in 1/3 cup water and mix thoroughly. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the fried tofu to the pan and braise until the sauce is absorbed. Sprinkle ground pepper to taste.
Serve the tofu ketchup braise warm and enjoy!
