Main Ingredients
- 🥢 60g tofu
- 0.4g curry powder
- 0.1g pepper powder
- 🌾 1.6g flour
- 4g vegetable oil
- 0.5g green chili
- 0.5g red chili
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1g soy sauce
- 1.5g vinegar
- 🍬 0.3g sugar
- 🌰 0.1g sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the tofu into rectangular pieces.
Remove excess moisture from the tofu using a cloth and season with salt and pepper powder.
Mix curry powder into the beaten eggs.
Coat the tofu pieces with flour, then dip them into the curry egg mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add chopped green and red chilies on top of the tofu, and pan-fry until golden brown.
Serve with a low-sodium soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
