    • 100g tofu
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp ginger wine
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 2 pinches salt
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • A dash of pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tsp potato starch

Finely chop the onion and cut the tofu into medium-sized pieces to avoid breaking. Marinate the ground pork with 1 tsp ginger wine and 2 pinches of salt.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated ground pork until the surface turns white.

Add the chopped onion and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry together with the pork.

Pour 500ml water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tbsp mirin, then simmer until the pork and onion are fully cooked.

Add the tofu pieces and sprinkle a dash of pepper. Adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.

Mix 2 tsp potato starch with cold water to create a slurry. Gradually add the slurry to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
