- Main Ingredients - 6 dumplings
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1 cup mixed fruits
 
- Sauce Ingredients - 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp starch
 
BƯỚC
Prepare 1/2 onion, 1/2 cup paprika, and 1 cup mixed fruits. Use any available vegetables or fruits.
Combine 5 tbsp soy sauce, 6 tbsp vinegar, 5 tbsp sugar, and 1 cup water in a pot. Bring to a boil.
While the sauce is boiling, pan-fry the dumplings until golden brown.
Add the prepared vegetables and fruits to the boiling sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Mix 1 tbsp starch with water to create a slurry. Add to the sauce to thicken it.
Pour the tangsu sauce over the fried dumplings and serve.
