Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 🌾 3-4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Condiments
- Adequate amount of Worcestershire sauce
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
- Adequate amount of bonito flakes
BƯỚC
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Remove excess moisture by microwaving or wrapping in kitchen towels for 2 hours.
Sprinkle flour evenly over the tofu pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
Turn off the heat and add Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise to the pan. Mix well.
Transfer the tofu to a plate and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
