- 150g cake flour

- 50g powdered sugar

Filling
- 🍠 150g steamed sweet potato
- 🧂 15g sugar
- 150g cream cheese
- 🧈 30g butter
- 🥚 1 egg
Topping
- Some streusel

Combine sifted cake flour and powdered sugar in a food processor.
Add diced cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Mix in the beaten egg until the dough forms a ball. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mash hot steamed sweet potato and mix with cream cheese until smooth.
Add softened butter to the sweet potato mixture and mix well.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Mix in the beaten egg until fully incorporated.
Press the chilled tart dough into a tart pan and prick with a fork. Pour the filling into the crust and sprinkle streusel on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Let the tart cool before serving. Optionally, garnish with diced sweet potato, almond slices, or coconut flakes.
