- 🥒 1 cucumber
 - 1 spring onion
 
Condiments
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
 - 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧂 2/3 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp plum extract
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
BƯỚC
Remove the spines from the cucumber using the back of a knife and wash it thoroughly.
Slice the cucumber as desired, either into rounds or diagonally and halved.
Chop 1 spring onion and add it to the cucumber. Alternatively, use 1/3 of an onion for a stronger flavor.
Mix all the condiments together: 0.5 tbsp gochujang, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, 2/3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Toss the cucumber and spring onion with the mixed condiments. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
