- 2 sticks rice cake
- 🌰 1 pack mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

Chop almonds, walnuts, and cashews finely.
Cut rice cakes into bite-sized pieces and skewer them.
In a pan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, gochujang, chili powder, and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant and slightly thickened.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pan-fry the skewered rice cakes until lightly crispy on both sides.
Remove excess oil from the fried rice cakes and brush them with the prepared sauce. Top with chopped nuts.
