    • 🍗 12 pieces chicken tenderloin
    • 🥬 180g cabbage, 6 leaves
    • 100g yellow bell pepper, 1/2 piece
    • 100g red bell pepper, 1/2 piece
    • 🧅 100g onion, 1/2 piece
    • 3 tbsp cooking wine
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • Sesame seeds, to taste
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce or ketchup
    • 2 tbsp oligosaccharide

Marinate the chicken tenderloin with cooking wine for 5 minutes to remove any odor.

Slice the cabbage into 1cm strips, and cut the bell peppers and onion into 0.5cm slices.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the chicken tenderloin and onion over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add the cabbage and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the seasoning mixture into the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
