    • 500g julienned radish
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt for brining
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 🧅 1 tbsp minced white part of green onion
    • 1/2 cup brined water
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 to taste sesame seeds

Julienne the radish into thick strips and brine with 1/2 tbsp salt for 10–15 minutes. Reserve the brined water for later use.

Drain the radish, reserving the brined water. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry the radish on high heat for 1 minute.

Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced white part of green onion, 1/2 cup brined water (or plain water), and 1/2 tsp sugar.

Cook on medium-low heat with the lid on for 3 minutes.

Uncover the pan and finish with 1 tsp sesame oil and sesame seeds to taste.
