Main Ingredients
- 🥚 60g egg
- 3 drops vanilla oil
- 210g cake flour
- 5g baking powder
- 2g baking soda
- 🍒 60g dried cranberries
- 🌰 60g pecans, chopped
- 🍫 60g white chocolate, chopped
Seasoning
- 80g brown sugar
- 🧈 70g melted butter

Mix egg, brown sugar, and vanilla oil with a whisk for about 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
Add melted butter and whisk for about 1 minute.
Add cake flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix gently using a spatula in a folding motion.
Add dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and chopped white chocolate. Fold them into the dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape the dough into 35g portions, flatten slightly, and place on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C for 15–17 minutes.
