Main Ingredients
- 1 pack rice cakes
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
Seasoning
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds

If the rice cakes are soft, skewer 4-5 pieces onto sticks. If dry, blanch them briefly in boiling water before skewering.
Heat a pan with a little oil and grill the skewered rice cakes until golden on both sides.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
Brush the seasoning onto the rice cakes, covering both sides evenly.
Place a slice of cheese on one side of the skewers, cover the pan with a lid, and let the cheese melt. Serve immediately.
