Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
 
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 🥒 1/2 zucchini, diced
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
 - 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
 
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
 - Pinch of salt and pepper
 
BƯỚC
Mince the garlic. Dice the zucchini and yellow bell pepper into 2cm cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and yellow bell pepper, stir-fry over medium heat, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the canned tuna and stir-fry. Add cooked rice and break it up while stir-frying. Return the vegetables to the pan, mix well, and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
