Tofu
- 1 piece thick fried tofu (200g)
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the thick fried tofu in half along the shorter side, then cut into quarters along the longer side.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the canned mackerel and stir-fry briefly while breaking it apart.
Add the thick fried tofu and cook for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir-fry to combine.
