- 🦑 100g frozen squid rings

- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
 - 🌱 2 stalks asparagus, peeled and sliced
 
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp yuzu pepper
 
BƯỚC
Defrost the squid. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the lower half of the asparagus stalks and slice them diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid, shimeji mushrooms, and asparagus, and stir-fry.
Once the squid is cooked through, add the sake, soy sauce, and yuzu pepper. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
